1.1 Receive the Shipping Order (S/O) from the forwarder.
1.2 Check goods quantity and documents,Verify cartons, gross weight, net weight, volume.
1.3 Confirm loading date, address and driver contact information.
1.4 Prepare finished goods and loading accessories: forklift, pallets, stretch film, air bags.
2.Empty Container Inspection (On-site Check)
Verify container number and truck license plate to match the S/O record----Inspect the container interior and exterior carefully for damage----Take standard photos for record
3. Official Container Loading Operation,Core Loading Principles.
Load goods from the innermost side to the container door---- Fill all gaps with air bags or wooden blocks---- Special cargo handling----Take photos during half loading process for loading record
4. Final Checking & Container Sealing.
Count total cartons on site to ensure consistency with packing list quantity before sealing----Close container double doors and fix the shipping company disposable seal----Take final photos: full loaded container view and close-up of the seal number for file retention
